Managing several shops in one account
What is possible, which plan fits and how to switch between shops.
Multi-shop is unlocked from the Growth plan (3 shops); Pro has 5, Scale 10 and Enterprise is unlimited.
How it works:
- One NorthProfit account can contain several shops. Each shop is added with its own connection (for example a Shopify domain or WooCommerce URL).
- At the top of the sidebar you see the current shop and can switch with a click. Dashboards, profit reports and DATEV account reviews filter automatically to the active shop.
- When several shops are connected you can optionally view key metrics together.
Typical setups:
- Multi-brand: you run several brands with their own shops and want an overall P&L plus a drilldown per brand.
- DE/AT/CH: you sell in several countries and need clean revenue and OSS reports as well as account assignment rules per shop.
- Agency or firm: you look after several clients and want a clear separation per customer.
Limits:
- COGS, shipping costs and account assignment must be maintained per shop. We do not copy these rules between shops automatically.
- Tax advisor access is released per shop or client.
- The shop capacity during the trial follows the plan chosen. If you want to connect more shops, NorthProfit takes you to the matching plan selection.
Switching between shops: sidebar at the top → shop picker. Alternatively open search and type the shop name.
