What to clarify before switching

  • List the required data

    Check which orders, product costs, receipts, and exports you actually need. Availability and format depend on each source.

  • Compare the same period

    Keep the previous system for one closed period and compare data coverage, cost logic, and results.

  • Agree the import route

    CSV and DATEV file workflows are reviewed against your exports. A complete or free migration is not promised by default.

  • Review contracts separately

    Cancellation terms, discounts, and scope of the previous provider remain subject to its terms. NorthProfit does not promise a flat saving.

How to prepare the switch

  1. 1. Create a trial account

    Test NorthProfit for 14 days without a credit card and choose a plan based on monthly order volume.

  2. 2. Check source status

    Connect only available sources. Connections that are not publicly released are marked accordingly in the product status.

  3. 3. Define a comparison period

    Use a closed period and document costs, returns, fees, and manual corrections.

  4. 4. Agree migration scope

    Share the export formats and data volume. We only then confirm which support and import route are possible.

  5. 5. Switch deliberately

    Retire the previous system only after data coverage, exports, and responsibilities have been checked for your setup.
