Per variant: how many days the stock lasts and when it runs out. A bar with a marker shows your lead time. Returned goods do not count as sold.
NorthProfit works out from your sales of the last 30, 60 and 90 days when a variant runs out and what your stock is worth. Stock from Shopify.
The Shopify app is not yet published in the Shopify App Store; the release is pending. Existing installations keep working.
Everything NorthProfit calculates for your stock today, per variant and with a source.
Per variant: how many days the stock lasts and when it runs out. A bar with a marker shows your lead time. Returned goods do not count as sold.
Stock value at purchase and retail price, plus the value of dead stock and the revenue at risk: the revenue that would be missing over the next 30 days if a variant runs out before then, calculated with your past sales per day (based on the last 30, 60 and 90 days). All estimated; if a purchase price is missing, the value is marked provisional.
Filters for critical, low, healthy, overstock, dead stock and negative stock. You set the lead time, the safety factor and the thresholds yourself.
A are the variants behind the first 80 percent of your revenue, B the next 15 percent, C the last 5 percent. So you see where an empty shelf costs the most.
If your count differs from what the shop reports, you correct the stock in NorthProfit with a note. Every change appears in the movement log.
You book goods received from purchase documents as a stock movement. If goods are put back into stock after a Shopify refund, NorthProfit picks that up automatically.
You do not need a spreadsheet. NorthProfit calculates from stock and sales.
