    You connect eBay with your seller sign-in. You grant read access to account, orders and shipping, analytics and inventory as well as access to finances. The data scope depends on the marketplace and the permissions of your account.

    You connect TikTok Shop with TikTok sign-in. The connection is available to shops in Germany.

  • Orders, fees and refunds

    Orders, fees and refunds are reconciled per order. NorthProfit takes refunds with the amount from the channel.

  • eBay fees per order

    NorthProfit fetches the fees per order from eBay’s finance interface and includes them in the profit of the order.

What applies today

NorthProfit calculates with the amounts from the channel. There is no restocking after a refund and no stock sync for eBay and TikTok Shop. NorthProfit does not read payouts from eBay.

How do I connect eBay?
In NorthProfit with the eBay sign-in of your seller account. You grant the permissions shown: read access to account, orders and shipping, analytics and inventory as well as access to finances.
When do I see eBay fees?
With the reconciliation of the orders: for every eBay order NorthProfit asks eBay’s finance interface for the fees. If eBay returns no fee, it shows “unknown”.
How do I connect TikTok Shop?
TikTok Shop is available for shops in Germany: start from the TikTok Shop app store or connect in NorthProfit with TikTok sign-in. Orders, fees and refunds are reconciled; where a value is missing it shows “unknown”, never 0.
What happens with refunds?
NorthProfit takes the refunded amount per order from the channel and includes it in the profit of the order. There is no automatic restocking for eBay and TikTok Shop.
