Is there a free version?
You can test NorthProfit for 14 days without a credit card. After that, choose the plan that matches your order volume.
Monthly or annual billing?
Monthly: cancel at the end of the monthly term. Annual: you pay the displayed annual amount in advance for 12 months; cancel at the end of the term.
What happens if we outgrow the order limit?
Orders continue to import in full. Analytics and exports are locked above the monthly limit until you upgrade; upgrading does not require re-onboarding. The limits per plan are 500 / 2,500 / 10,000 / 30,000 orders per month.
Are there setup fees?
No mandatory setup fee applies to plans you book yourself. Any Enterprise onboarding or migration scope is agreed before the contract is signed.
What is the enterprise plan for?
For groups, larger merchants, and teams with individual volume, role, security, or support requirements. Scope and contract terms are agreed in advance. Starting at €999/month.
