   Create an access token in Mollie

   In your Mollie account, create an Advanced access token under Developers → API keys. Only admins of your Mollie organisation can do this.

   Enter the key in NorthProfit

   Enter the key under Settings → Integrations. The server validates it without exposing it in the browser after saving.

   Review imported fees

   Available settlements and fees are reconciled automatically; open items remain visible as a gap.
