Customising the dashboard
Show only the tiles you really need. From Growth, your own dashboard settings are also stored in your account.
NorthProfit starts with a dashboard for revenue, profit, costs, orders and marketing. You can show or hide tiles and rearrange areas. From Growth, your own dashboard settings are stored in your account; without this release, customisations stay local in the browser.
Showing or hiding tiles:
- Click “Customise dashboard” at the top right.
- Switch the tile you want on or off.
- Close the dialog with “Done”; changes are saved automatically.
- To change the order, drag the areas directly on the dashboard to where you want them.
Which areas are there?
Metrics:
- Revenue · Net profit · Margin · Orders · Order value · MER
Trends:
- Revenue and profit
- Orders per day
- Cost structure
- Revenue by country
- Payment methods
Lists:
- Top products
- Top customers
- Latest orders
- Inventory risks
Returns:
- Return rate
- Common return reasons
Typical views:
- Marketing: revenue, MER, campaigns and creatives.
- Management: profit, cost structure, customer value and inventory risks.
- Tax advisor: revenue, tax status, receipts and DATEV review status.
When we add new tiles, your existing dashboard stays unchanged. You decide yourself whether to show new areas.
Resetting:
Open “Customise dashboard”, show the areas you want again and rearrange them on the dashboard. This only changes the view, not your data.
