GoBD-oriented review paths for receipts and invoices
Where NorthProfit supports traceability and where your responsibility remains.
NorthProfit supports a traceable receipt and invoice workflow but is not a GoBD certification.
Supported review paths:
- Finalised outgoing invoices are not silently overwritten; corrections run through the provided cancellation or correction flows.
- Relevant changes receive time, user and action context.
- Supported structured e-invoices are processed together with their document context.
- Documents remain retrievable during active use in line with the product and contract functions.
Your responsibility:
- Provide data and receipts completely and correctly;
- Organise roles, workflows, exports, external archives and process documentation to suit the business;
- Check the retention, cash register and tax obligations that apply with your firm.
NorthProfit does not replace legal or tax advice and does not automatically confirm the compliance of your overall process.
