Managing the trial
What happens after 14 days and how you keep working with your data.
The NorthProfit trial runs for 14 days. During this time you can connect your shop, enter real costs and check whether the reports fit you.
What happens at the end?
- If you choose a plan, NorthProfit keeps running without interruption.
- Without an active plan, the paid areas are locked server-side immediately after expiry. Instead of real metrics you only see an unreadable preview and the way to reactivation.
- Your stored data is not deleted in the process. New syncs, exports and edits stay paused until reactivation.
- You see your status under Settings → Subscription (“Abo”).
Can I extend the trial?
By default it ends after 14 days. If your setup is active but you need more time for a larger group of shops, a firm or a complex data import, contact us before it expires at support@northprofit.eu.
Can I reactivate after expiry?
Yes. Open Settings → Subscription (“Abo”), choose a plan and keep working with your existing data. You do not have to create a new account for this.
Special case for tax advisors:
Tax advisor accounts are released through clients and have no merchant billing of their own.
