Connect Shopware 6

Under Connections (“Verbindungen”, bottom of the sidebar) you find the “Shopware 6” card in the sales channels area. Click “Connect”.

Create the integration in Shopware:

1. Open your Shopware admin.
2. Go to Settings → System → Integrations and create a new integration (e.g. named “NorthProfit”).
3. Shopware generates an access ID and a secret key, which are the client ID and client secret. The secret key is only shown once, so copy it right away.

Enter in NorthProfit:

1. Enter the store URL (e.g. https://my-shop.com).
2. Paste the client ID and client secret.
3. Click “Test connection”. NorthProfit checks the connection directly against your shop.

What happens afterwards:

With “Sync orders” on the card, NorthProfit imports your Shopware orders including refunds and shipping profiles. They feed into the live P&L, profit per order and the DATEV report, just as with Shopify or WooCommerce.
